February 21, 1995
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Attorney Tom Holmes, Steve Smart,
Jerry Rowland, Cary Campbell and Ron Conlln.
Meeting called to order at 10~40 a.m. by Mayor John O. Cotant.
SPARTAN HOMES/GUERDON VILLAGE PROPOSAL #2 Fire Chief Cary
Campbell presented a plot plan for "Guerdon Village" mobile
home sales location.
Design Review Committee present, reviewed the plan.
Cary stated the proposal is not required to go before the Land
Use & Development Commission.
Mayor Cotant moved to approve the Guerdon Village Proposal #2
as presented. PWD Smart seconded. Roll Call Vote: Mayor
Cotant, yes; Attorney Holmes, abstained; Steve Smart; yes;
Jerry Rowland, yes; Cary Campbell, yes; Kent Kearns, absent.
Design Review Committee Meeting adjourned at 10:50 p.m.
