Building Inspector Cary Campbell presented a Preliminary Site Plan
for Carmi~,-e Cinemas: !nc.
The site plan calls for 4$e new seats makinc a tot~z of 1320 seats.
The
parking requirements wi. th the addition, a.?e 264 spaces. The
sits plan only shows 248 parking spaces. CaFmike Cinemas
probably will apply to City Council for waiver in parking
requirements. They only show 4 handicap parking space~,,
Carmike Cinemas are required to provide seven handicap spaces,
Discussion about exit on to Yellowstone Ave. Steve suggested the
exit go on to Quint: Nd, Father than Yellowstone Ave, There
will he an entrmnce fFom Yellowstone Ave. and the exit on te
Qulnn Rd.
