Cotant, Attorney Tom Holmes, Char!ie Dickman, Cary Campbell, non Conlin, Ji.m Phel. p~ and Larry K©hntopp. ~teve ~mart, Kent Kearns Jillane Ward and Brad Frasure were present to present a site plan for a day care fact. l.l.ty for approx~ ~ chil.dren~ at 5545 Yellowstone Ave. Discussion about required parking spaces of 4 parking spaces for pllb].J.c a~d 1. for every two empioyees. PWD Smart stated there should be no backing onto Siphon Rd. Mr. FFasure stated customers conld e~ter on Si.phon~ then exit onto Yellowstone Ave. Discussion about landscaping requirements, dmy care parking lot. Cary stated maximum curb cut. also flow of traffic in there should be a 4~: The dimensions will need to be checked. Landscaping needs to be set 40' from s~ctl, on ii.ne. Jlllane Ward felt there will be only 5 or 6 vehicles at any one ti.me, it was decided there should be a more definite plan presented. After dlscussion, Design Review Committee decided Mr. Frasure and Jll]ane Ward could get started on the building addition at once, the parking, landscaping, curb cuts and dimensions will be discussed when more accurate measurements are available. !.arty Kohntopp and Cary will assist Brad Frasure with the measnrements.
