Presents Mayor John O. Cotant, Cary Campbell, Ron Conlln,
Jerry Rowland, Kent Kearns and Larry Kohntopp.
Kristi Curtis stated Bart Parrish owns the building.
said they plan to add on 30' to 40' to the east
building.
Mrs. Curtis

Design Review Committee reviewed the site plan.
Krlstl Curtis stated the playground area will be fenced.
The building addition will trigger the Landscape Ordinance_
Discussion about installing hose bibs in the front of the building.
All code issues will be required to be complied with.
Design Review Committee approved the site plan presented by Krlsti
Curtis for Alister's Drawbridge Day Care, subject to landscaping
requirement being triggered if there is addition to existing
building.
