DATE: February 11, 1997 APPLICANT: Gary Ratliff, 4970 Apache PROJECT: Site Plan Review - Storage Sheds on East Chubbuck Road. Present: Mayor John O, Cotant, Attorney Holmes, Steve Smart, Kent Kearns, Ron Conlin, Cary Campbell, Jim Phelps, Cary Campbell, Larry Kohntopp and Charlie Dickman. Gary Ratliff presented another site plan for proposed storage sheds on property he purchase on East Chubbuck Road. Mr. Ratliff explained his plan, his storage buildings this include four-plexes, etc. stating he wants to start two of summer. Future development will PWD Smart stated~ the Council in the past has allowed a building permit if there is a request for approval of Preliminary Plat in process. Mr. Ratliff was told he should apply for the preliminary plat and zoning change on the April, 1997, Land Use and Development Meeting. The circulation patterns within boundaries of the development. f. The surfacing and lighting of off-street parking facilities. 2. Considerations relating to outdoor advertising. The number, location~ color, size, height, lighting end landscaping of outdoor advertising signs and structures ~n relation to the creation of traffic hazards and the appearance and harmony with adjacent developments. 3. Considerations relative to landscaping. ' a. The location, height and m~terials of walls and fences, hedges and screen plantings to insure harmony with adjacent developments or to conceal storage areas, utility installations or other unsightly development. b. The planting of ground'cover and surfacing to' prevent dust and erosion. c.
