Site Plan Review - Mini-Mall South of
Smith's Food King.
Present: Steve Smart, Kent Kearns, Ron Conlin, Cary Campbell,
Jerry Rowland, Jim Phelps, Cary Campbell, Larry Kohntopp
and Charlie Dickman.
Steve Vigliaturo, 1745 Granite presented a site plan drawing for
review.
Mr. Vigliaturo stated there will be a pizza shop in space south of
Great American Video. The pizza shop asked for a drive thru
window. It was stated, the way the drive thru window is shown
on 'the Site Plan, it could cause a pedestrian hazard.
Mr. Vigliaturo said he has purchased the lot facing Yellowstone
Ave. in front of Great American Video and plans to develop.
Mr. Vigliaturo said, not knowing what will develop there, he is
concerned about finishing the interior landscaping of the
mall.
Mr. Vigliaturo said he will finish the perimeter landscaping prior
to, June 21, 1997, and the other when he knows what the final
plans are. Landscaping is required 10 feet behind sidewalk.
Design Review Committee said this would be okay.
Mr. Vigliaturo was told there will be no access to W. Chubbuck
Road.
Design Review Committee gave approval to the site plan.
