Claire Cheirrett presented a proposed site plan for s trailer sales
at 4618 Yellowstone Ave.
Mr. Cbeirrett e~plazn~d he wants to use building there for an
office.
Mr. Cheirrett asked for City's help in locating water and sewer
lines.
Mr.
Cheirrett was told be is required to asphalt area from
entrahce, emit to effice, also is required to asphalt parking
area for ~
e~movees and customers.
Mr. Cheirrett was told he is required to landscape with grass and
a sprinkler system.
PWD Smart stated the State requires ~' ~ _
u. ztN to require a 26' radius
type approach, instead of curb cut there presently.
Mr. Cheirrett said he will talk to owner of property Don Andra~
then go from there.
