resent. Mayor John O, Cotant, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steven Smart, Cary Campbell,
Jerry Rowland, Eric King, Ron Conlin, Jim Phelps and Gerd Dixon.
Todd Ritter, Ranch Homes presented a site plan of Ranch Homes, a modular/mobile sales lot
going just north of City Offices.
Gerd Dixon stated the site plan meets all City requirements.
Mr. Ritter stated he will meet with Bureau of Indian Affairs in regards to drainage into canal.
After discussion, Design Review Committee approved the site plan as presented.
