Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steven Smart, Cary Campbell,
Jerry Rowland, Eric King, Ron C. Conlin, Jim Phelps, Kent Keams, and
Gerd Dixon.
Natalie Corbett presented a site plan for All Green of Idaho Tree and Lawn Care. Attached.
Discussion about the following requirements:
1. 10' Landscaping, with automatic sprinkling.
2. No interior drain that empties to City Sewer.
3. Required to address outside storm drainage.
4. Two of the garage doors have to share one access. 40' Maximu~n access.
5. Required to provide more parking spaces.
6. Required to have a lock box for Fire and Police Departments, as ordinance requires.
Mrs. Corbett stated, she will take the requirements discussed, then discuss with her husband
whether or not the project will be feasible. A new site plan showing requirements is
required.
