Gar.,,' Chisum, Pro-Builders explained the building is to be used fbr antique car storage.
The following was discussed aud required:
1. 4' Sidewalk Requirement.
2. 10' Landscaping, with antomatic sprinkling system is required.
3. Builder is not requesting an access at this time.
4. Will pay sewer capacity fee and water deposit up front.
5. On-site paving is not required until any ftm~re development is made.
6. Gate for emergency vehicle response is reqaired.
7. Required to install an approach on Rainbow.
Gary Chistma stated the fencing requirements are finished..!in] Pheips said he will check
