Remodel of building at, 4425 Burley Drive - Forest
Service.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steven Smart, Ray Griffin,
Jerry Rowland, Ron C. Conlin, Jim Phelps and Larry Kohntopp.
Chris Hyer, Idaho Central Credit Union was present to discuss the remodel of Idaho Central
Credit Union Building at 4425 Burley Drive.
Discussion about whether Idaho Central Credit Union should create a gravel swale on a
temporary basis, or install curb, gutter and sidewalk, and use dry wells, constructed in the
street.
Steve stated the width of the street will have to be determined.
Steve Smart said the City will test drill to determine gravel depth in the area. Steve said the test
could cost $500.00 to $1,000.00 per test.
Mr. Hyer stated ICCU is installing a dry well on their property, Mr. Hyer said they will advise
the City if the dry well will work.
Mr. Hyer said ICCU will do what is required. The important thing is to have the best results,
with ICCU not having to do anymore than other property owners on the street.
City Staff will advise Idaho Central Credit Union the requirements as soon as possible. Attorney
Holmes will prepare a developmental agreement between Idaho Central Credit Union and
City of Chubbuck.
