Copy center at 4809 Yellowstone for a drive
through window.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steve Smart, Ray Gift'm,
Jerry Rowland, Eric King, Myma Crapo, Jim Phelps, Larry Kohntopp, Peter Anderson
Mori Byington, and Gerd Dixon
Wayne Moon presented a small Sketch showing the building.
Jerry Rowland would preferred that they didn't use the drive up window. His is concerned with
an accident happening at the comer. Jerry wondered if they had enough required parking spaces
with the drive up window spaces being unusable. Gerd Dixon went and measured the building
and Larry Kohntopp figured out the number of spaces that would be needed.
After discussion, Design Review Committed decided to wait and watch the comer to see if a
problem developed and then take a look at that time.
