Ryan Quick, 298 Noah Street
Quicksilver Auto Sales, 4604 #B Burley Drive.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Attorney Thomas Holmes, Steve Smart, Jerry Rowland, Jim
Sempek, Eric King, Ron Conlin, Jim Phelps and Larry Kohntopp.
Ryan Quick, 298 Noah Street presented a site plan of Quicksilver Auto Sales, 4604 Burley Drive
#B.
Mr. Quick said for now, he is planning on only 7 or 8 vehicles on the lot.
Mr. Quick said a sign will be installed on the front of the building. (Attached to building).
Attorney Holmes advised Mr. Quick the City has a spacing requirement between vehicles.
Mr. Quick stated he understands he cannot park vehicles for sale on City Street parking.
Larry Kohntopp said the landscaping on the property has been let go, needs to be upgraded.
Design Review Conmxittee approved the site plan as presented with the following requirements:
1. A sign permit is required.
2. No parking of sale vehicles on City street.
3. Landscaping requirement needs to be upgraded.
4. Larry Kolmtopp will get Mr. Quick a copy of code on spacing of sale vehicles.
5. All City Code requirements will be followed.
