Site plan for storage sheds on E. Chnbbuck Road & Burley
Drive.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Attorney Tom Holmes, Jerry Rowland, Jim Sempek, Eric King,
Ron Conlin, Jim Phelps and Larry Kohntopp.
Gary Ratliff; 4970 Apache, Pocatello, Idaho presented his site plan for a building and storage
sheds on Burley Drive and E. Chubbuck Road.
Gary Ratliff said he wants to build two buildings on Lot 2.
BO Jim Sempek advised Mr. Ratliff the Code allows only an 8000 square foot building, unless
the building has a sprinkling system. Jim Sempek explained a couple of ways Mr. Ratliff
can go. Mr. Ratliff said he will address the concern.
Fire Chief Eric King stated the development will require an all weather road for emergency
vehicles.
Discussion about placement of stand pipes. Gary Ratliff said he would do what is required.
Discussion about when the landscaping will be required to be installed.
Gary Ratliffwas given the okay to build the first buildings subject to the following:
1. Stand pipes are installed as required.
2. Installation of Fire Department knox box.
3. Sign and enter into the Development Agreement with the City of Chubbuck.
4. Follow all building code requirements.
