Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Attorney Tom Holmes, Steve Smart, Jerry Rowland, Jim
Sempek, Eric King, Ron Conlin, Jim Phelps, Sean Harris, Dusty Whited and Larry
Kohntopp.
Steve Vigliaturo and Shane Ephren presented a site plan showing the proposed auto
wholesale/retail lot at 4937 Yellowstone Ave.
The site plan showed the required 10' landscaping strip, (grass) with automatic spri~kler system
as required~
BO Jim Sempek advised Shane Ephren they are required to get a sign permit ~vhen they decide
what type sign they are going to install.
Shane Ephren was told he is required to apply for a business license prior to occupancy.
Design Review Committee approved the site subject to the following:
1. 10~ landscaping strip, (grass) with automatic sprinkler system. Prior to occupancy.
2. Paving from back of house to the front prior to June 15, 2000.
3. Drainage needs to go away from street.
