Site plan for Leonard Jensen's construction of business office
and storage building.
Present: Steve Smart, Mayor John Cotant, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Jerry Rowland, Merlin
Miller, Ray Griffith, Myma Crapo, Jim Phelps and Larry Kohntopp.
Leonard Jensen showed a site plan where he wants to construction a building similar to the one
constructed at 250 Bluegill. He will face Bluegill and plans to fence it with a chain linked fence.
The fire department requested a address be put on the building. One that is legible and with
contrasting colors.
