To review a site plan for Crazy Comer Sales
Present: Steve Smart, Mayor John Cotant, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Jerry Rowland, Merlin
Miller, Ray Griffith, Charlie Dickman, Myma Crapo, Jim Phelps and Larry Kohntopp.
The city will required access from Bluegill Road.
Mr. Orr future plans may include to add gravel in the back where he will park cars, etc. In front
concrete pads with grass landscaping.
Mr. Orr wants to put 6 cars across the front and 6 in back. He will do mechanical work in side
of the building and will be selling builders. It will not be a junk yard.
Ordinancel8.12.040 requires three feet between cars and that the site triangle be left free of cars.
The 10 foot strip of landscaping will need to be maintained. If he expand onto the next lot the
landscaping would have to be extended.
Sign will be put on the comer. The bottom of the sign must be 10' above ground.
