Shop & Office/Construction Business - Possible future expansion.
Present: Mayor Jotm O. Cotant, Attorney Tom Holmes, Jerry Rowland, Ray Griffin, Eric King,
Ron Conlin, Jim Phelps and Larry Kohntopp.
Ron Dykeman, Ron Dykeman Construction, 446 E. Chubbuck Road was present to discuss his
site plan and requirements.
1.10' Landscaping with automatic sprinkling.
2. Paved Driveway.
3. Paved or all weather off street parking with a hmmnerhead ttm~ around.
4. Fire Chief Eric King will reviexv whether or not over head fire sprinkling is required.
5. Need to talk to City Engineer about whether or not a fire suppression line that would be
tied into fire hydranI in front of building is required.
City Engineer Sean Harris said he can tie into City Sexver Line.
Staff approved the Ron Dykeman Construction site plan subject to the requirements being
completed.
