Building on Clover Dale
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Cary Campbell, Ron Conlin, Larry Kohntopp and
Gerd Dixon.
Paul Peterson, owner and Ted Boothe, Wallace-Hudson and Associate presented a revised site
plan for first phase of proposed building, Precision Automotive Machine Shop on Clover
Dale Rd.
Design Review Committee discussed the following requirements, Paul Peterson was asked to
address:
1. Landscaping requirement, including automatic sprinkling system.
2. Parking requirements have been addressed.
3. Storm drainage water will be contained on site. Dry well will be installed when
needed.
Cary Campbell and Gerd Dixon stated the site plan looked good to them, all requirements have
been met.
After review, Design Review Committee approved the revised site plan as presented.
