Building off Clover Dale Rd.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Cary Campbell, Jerry Rowland,
Charlie Dickman, Ron C. Conlin, Jim Phelps, Dennis Stone, Larry Kohntopp and Gerd
Dixon.
Paul Peterson presented a site plan for a building on Clover Dale Road to house Precision
Machine Shop.
After review of the site plan, Mr. Peterson was directed to prepare another site plan which
includes:
1. Landscaping requirements which includes automatic sprinkling.
2. Parking requirements to be on other side of building.
3. Storm water to be contained on site. Calculations on run off water.
The Design Review Committee will meet Wednesday, June 24, 1998 at 10:30 a.m. to
review revised site plan.
