Motorcycle Retail Store.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Ray Griffin, Larry Kohntopp,
Jerry Rowland, Eric King, Ron Conlin, Jim Phelps, and Gerd Dixon.
Tom Arave, Arave Construction was present to present a site plan showing construction of a
motorcycle retail store on Park Lawn Road, Diamond Court Subdivision.
Gerd said one access from each lot was already approved.
Discussion about storm drainage system. Tom Arave said the system is working okay.
Mr. Arave said he is replanting the Park Lawn island with grass this week. The required
landscaping on Park Lawn Road island will be improved.
Gerd suggested a Design and Detailed Storm Drainage Plan be presented at time of issuance of
building permit.
Design Review Committee approved the site plan presented by Tom Arave.
