CHEIRRETT dba: 2B Trailer Sales 4612 Yellowstone Chubbuck, Idaho 83202 July 23, 1998 John Cotent, Mayor City of Chubbuck 5160 Yellowstone Ave. Chubbuck, Idaho 83202 Dear Mayor Cotent: Last week I received a letter from your attorney in regards to the things I needed to do on the property that I rent in your city. There is no question that the City keeps a close eye on the property at 4612 Yellowstone. Your officials would have therefore noticed the for sale sign on the property. The fact that the property has been offered for sale is my problem. What it means is that within the next 60 days or so I will have to purchase the property or move. Believe it or not I ~-as moving in the direction of completing the requirements of the sprinkler system (pipe and sprinkler heads are in) and paving, until the property w-as offered for sale. I also requested and received a bid fremHunziker Construction for the paving. I am reluctant to spend the money to do the paving and finish the sprinkler system if I must move this fall. I would therefore ask for an extension until Oct. l, 1998 before you "close me down". By this time I will know whether I want to or if I am able to purchase this property. I will assure you by this date I will have the property purchased, the paving and sprinkler system complete or I will have move. As you drive by please note that we have put in the grass and the pipe and sprinkler heads. I am sure that we do not maintain it to Chubbucks standards but it does look better than it did when the previous renters were there. We also mow the weeds around the house to the north of us and we have nothing to do with that part of the property. H.C. Cheirrett
