Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Steve Smart, Cary Campbell, Jerry Rowland, Larry Kohntopp,
Ron C. Conlin, Jim Phelps and Gerd Dixon.
Steve & Barbara Steele presented a landscaping site plan for their portion of mini-mall at 4818
Yellowstone Ave.
After discussion, Design Review Committee approved the landscaping site plan presented, subject
to the site plan being completed prior to, Labor Day, September 7, 1998.
