NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use & Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will con-
duct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on
February 10, 2015 at Chubbuck City
Council Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect
to the following items:
1 An application by Idaho Central Credit
Union, 4400 Central Way, Chubbuck, ID
83202 for Idaho Central Complex Pre-
liminary Plat. Located in Section 10,
Township 6 South, Range 34 East,
Boise Meridian in the County of Ban-
nock. This area is located at the south
end of Burley Drive.
2 An application by Miller Properties LLC,
6034 Fruitwood Lane, Pocatello, ID
83201 for Sunset West Division 8 Pre-
liminary Plat. Located in East 1/2 of Sec-
tion 5, Township 6 South, Range 34
East of the Boise Meridian in the County
of Bannock. The subdivision will be
North of Angela Street Drive and West
of Philbin Road.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on
February 18, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at the
Chubbuck City Council Chambers, 5160
Yellowstone Ave, Chubbuck, Idaho the
City Council will hold a public hearing
regarding Item #1, Idaho Central Com-
plex Preliminary Plat and Item #2 Sun-
set West Division 8 Preliminary Plat,
together with the recommendations of
the Land Use and Development Com-
mission.
A COPY OF EACH APPLICATION IS ON
FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOUR REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO HEARINGS.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing items(s),
and at the time indicated will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support of, or
in opposition to the proposal.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabili-
ties. Any person needing special accom-
modations to participate in the meeting
should contact the City Planner, Paul
Andrus at 208.237.2430 at least 24
hours prior to the meeting.

State Journal, a daily newspaper, printed and
published at Pocatello, Bannock County Idaho and
having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which
