Storage Sheds on East Chubbuck Rd. & Burley Drive.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steven Smart, Ray Griffins
Jerry Rowland, Eric King, Ron C. Conlin, Jim Phelps, Kent Kearns, and
Gerd Dixon.
Gary Ratliff, 4970 Apache presented his revised proposed plans for a building and storage sheds
on Burley Drive and East Chubbuck Road.
Mr. Ratliff stated there are no changes from original plat.
Mr. Ratliffwas told Burley Drive is required to be constructed as developed. The site plan had
changed in that he was proposing storage units in Lot 1.
Mr. Ratliffwas told he is required to construct Burley Drive as he develops. Mr. Ratliff stated he
would like to proceed with constructing Burly Drive, as he develops Lot 1, but is
concerned he will not be able to collect monies for Nick Crookston's half of the street
construction. Mr. Ratliffwas told Mr. Crookston will enter into a development agreement
to assure Mr. Ratliff will be reimbursed for Mr. Crookston's half of street construction.
Time of pay back by Mr. Crookston will be negotiable.
PWD Smart stated City will work with Mr. Crookston on street easement.
Mr. Ratliffwas told to present a preliminary plat for review by the Land Use and Development
Commission, prior to July 21, 1998.
When Council approves preliminary and final plat, and as Mr. Ratliff constructs Burley Drive as
he develops, Mr. Ratliff can get a building permit for project.
