Landscaping, paving and fencing at 4705 Yellowstone Ave.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steven Smart, Cary Campbell,
Jerry Rowland, Eric King, Ron C. Conlin, Jim Phelps and Gerd Dixon.
Denny Jones was present to show a plan of landscaping and fencing.
The site plan only shows a 6' landscaping strip on Yellowstone Ave., the landscaping requirement
is 10'.
Discussion about when parking lot is paved, how will drainage be handled.
After discussion, it was decided Mr. Jones is required to install a 8' landscaping strip, with
automatic sprinkling.
The following deadlines were set:
1.8' landscaping requirement is required to be in prior to September 15, 1998.
2. Fencing facing Yellowstone Ave. is required to be installed prior to June 1, 1999.
