Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steven Smart, Cary Campbell,
Jerry Rowland, Eric King, Ron C. Conlin, Jim Phelps and Gerd Dixon.
Gary Chisum, Pro-Builders was present to address questions on site plan.
Discussion about no accommodation for storm drainage on site plan.
Discussion about paving.
Cary Campbell said there are no changes in design from their original plan.
Mr. Chisum was directed to present the site plan, addressing the storm drainage issues to Staff,
