Relocation of pumps, along with new canopy
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steven Smart, Cary Campbell,
Jerry Rowland, Eric King, Ron C. Conlin, Jim Phelps and Gerd Dixon.
Dave Nutting, Big Bear Chevron and Architect Steve Wallace were present with a site plan of the
project.
Mr. Nutting was told he did not show any kind of RV Dump on any of the original plans.
Staff was in agreement the landscaping and drainage plans are okay.
Mr. Nutting gave the City a check for 110% of the bid, for unfinished items, which must be done
by October 15, 1998, if not finished the City will contract for completion.
The following conditions were required:
1. The RV dump is required to be cemented in.
2. All requirements on the project are required to be completed prior to
October 15, 1998.
