Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steven Smart, Cary Campbell,
Jerry Rowland, Eric King, Ron C. Conlin, Jim Phelps and Gerd Dixon.
Cary Campbell presented a preliminary site plan.
Discussion about what Cary should require on landscaping, maybe a partial green area.
One of Yellowstone Ave. accesses will be eliminated.
