Construction of buildings on Bluegill and Cloverdale

Gary Reinke, Pocatello, Idaho
Gary Reinke wants to build two additional building to store
trucks, trailers, construction equipment in the buildings.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steven Smart, Cary Campbell,
Jerry Rowland, Eric King, Ron C. Conlin, Jim Phelps, Kent Kearns, and
Larry Kohntopp.
Gary Reinke presented his site plans for two additional buildings, one to north of existing
buildings on Bluegill Rd., one to the south of existing buildings at 4900 Cloverdale Road.
Mr. Reinke stated the buildings will be the same exterior and use as the existing two buildings on
Bluegill.
Mr. Reinke explained he would like to have two accesses to the 4900 Cloverdale Rd building, one
from Bluegill and one from Cloverdale Road.
Mr. Reinke is installing fencing around the property.
Mr. Reinke said he will install the required landscaping.
Design Review Committee approved the site plan subject to the following requirements:
1. Landscaping requirement, including grass with automatic sprinkling system.
2. There are two accesses at the 4900 Cloverdale property allowed, one on Cloverdale
Road and one on Bluegill.
3. Any signs installed are required to meet all sign codes.
4. A second access is to be shared with the two existing building lots, also with the lot to
the north.
