NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use & Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will con-
duct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on Au-
gust 12, 2014 at Chubbuck City Council
Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to the fol-
lowing items:
1. An application by Bobcat Properties
LLC, 1360 Albion Avenue, Burley, ID
83318 for Residential Infill Planned De-
velopment (PUD) for multifamily housing
units. Project location is 207 Briscoe
Road, Chubbuck, ID 83202.
2. An application by Bobcat Properties
LLC, 1360 Albion Avenue, Burley, ID
83318 for Bobcat PUD Preliminary Plat.
Located in NW 1/4 Section 3, Township 6
South, Range 34 East, of the Boise
Meridian in the County of Bannock. The
subdivision will be between Briscoe
Road and Belva Lane.
3. An application by The Academy Char-
ter School, 240 East Maple Street,
Pocatello, ID 83201 for annexation into
the City of Chubbuck and zone to agri-
cultural and to modify the Comprehen-
sive Plan Urban Service Boundary to in-
clude said annexed lands. Located in
NW '/4 Section 9, Township 6 South,
Range 34 East of the Boise Meridian in
the County of Bannock. The property is
next to Philbin Road and 1-86.
4. An application by The Academy Char-
ter School, 240 East Maple Street,
Pocatello, ID 83201 for a Conditional
Use Permit for a school. Located in NW
Y4 Section 9, Township 6 South, Range
34 East of the Boise Meridian in the
County of Bannock. The property is next
to Philbin Road and 1-86.
5. An Application by The Academy Char-
ter School, 204 East Maple Street,
Pocatello, ID 83201 for The Academy
Preliminary Plat. Located in NW 1/4 Sec-
tion 9, Township 6 South, Range 34
East of the Boise Meridian in the County
of Bannock. The subdivision is next to
Philbin Road and 1-86.

FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOUR REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED .7 DAYS PRIOR
TO HEARINGS.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing items(s),
and at the time indicated will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support of, or
in opposition to the proposal.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers',
are accessible for persons with disabili-
ties. Any person needing special accom-
modations to participate in the meeting
should contact the City Planner, Paul
Andrus at 208.237.2430 at least 24'
hours prior to the meeting.
