An Application by The Academy Char- ter School, 204 East Maple Street, Pocatello, ID 83201 for The Academy Preliminary Plat. Located in NW 1/4 Sec- tion 9, Township 6 South, Range 34 East of the Boise Meridian in the County of Bannock. The subdivision is next to Philbin Road and 1-86.
