CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City
Council of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho,
will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 PM
on June 4, 2014 at Chubbuck City
Council Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect
to the following items:
1. An application by the City of Chubbuck,
5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, ID 83202
for a Change of Land Use District to re-
zone lots 17, 18, 19 and 20 Highway'
Acres Subdivision from R-2, Limited
Residential to I, Industrial. The location
is 216, 234, 242, 244, 246, 248, 252,
and 262 Highway Avenue, Chubbuck,
I D 83202.
2. An application by Gary Ratliff, 3960
South 2nd Avenue, Pocatello, ID 83204
for a Change of Land Use District to re-
zone the parcel south of 4535 Burley
Drive, from R-2, Limited Residential to I,
Industrial. Located in the SW 1/4 NE 1/4
Section 10 T.6 S., R. 34 E., B.M. Ratliff
Subdivision
A COPY OF EACH APPLICATION IS ON
FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOUR REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO HEARINGS.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing items(s),
and at the time indicated will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support of, or
in opposition to the proposal.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabili-
ties. Any person needing special accom
modations to participate in the meeting
should contact the City Clerk, Rich Mor-
gan at 208.237.2400 at least 24 hours
prior to the meeting.

of the United States of America more than 21
years of age, and the Principal Clerk of the Idaho
State Journal, a daily newspaper, printed and
published at Pocatello, Bannock County Idaho and
having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which
