November 2nd, 1999 Ann Reynolds, Vice President of Rachel's Rainbow Association. The Association wants to place a 4'x8' sign at entry of Ramsgate and one at entry to Mountain Park Road. Present: Attorney Tom Holmes, Steve Smart, Sean Harris, Ray Griffin, Jerry Rowland, Jim Sempek, Eric King, Ron Conlin, Jim Phelps and Larry Kohntopp. Ann Reynolds, 4674 Ramsgate, Vice President of Rachel's Rainbow Association was present to present a drawing of a sign the Association wants to install at the entries of Ramsgate and Mountain Park Road. The sign states the following: Rachel's Rainbow a privately owned Association open to members and member visitors only, not responsible for violations or injuries. No solicitors without authorization - Dead End-Not Exit. Fire Chief Eric King stated because of Fire & Life Safety the shed blocking Mountain Park Road the shed will have to be removed, two accesses were approved for the subdivision. Council discussed and agreed the shed blocking Mountain Park Road should be removed. Ann Reynolds said it was okay with the Association that the shed be removed. Jim Sempek stated he will send Cary Baird, Scott Construction a letter advising him, he will have to remove the shed blocking Mountain Park Road. Ann Reynolds said the Association would not want any kind of gate blocking Mountain Park Road, but would like 15 mile an hour signs and speed humps to control any speeding in the subdivision. Attorney Holmes said because of the subdivision being a private subdivision, this should not be a problem. After further discussion, Design Review Committee approved the entry signs to Ramsgate and Mountain Park Road subject to, vision site triangle code being complied with.
