BUILDING ADDITION
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steven Smart, Ray Griffin,
Jerry Rowland, Eric King, Ron C. Conlin, Jim Phelps and Sean Harris.
Becky Parrish and Dale Arnold were present and presented a sketch explaining a building addition
to 4876 Yellowstone Ave. The addition is 600 square feet.
Becky said the playground for the Day Care in the building will stay where it is.
Becky stated all access will be from Yellowstone Ave. The gate to the mobile home court on
Valenty will be shut and locked.
Staff approved the building addition subject to the following conditions:
1. There will be no access to Valenty Road. The gate separating the court and the
building will be shut and locked.
2. There will be grass for landscaping on Yellowstone Ave. The grass can be sprinkled
with a hose, but has to be maintained.
3. The addition will comply with all City and Building Codes.
