Second hand store at 4937 Yellowstone Ave.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Attorney Tom Holmes, Steve Smart, Jim Sempek, Sean Harris,
Larry Kohntopp, Jerry Rowland, Eric King and Ron C. Conlin.
It is duly noted, Attorney Holmes law partner Mr. Robinson does do work for Steve Vigliaturo.
Steve Vigliaturo stated, Juan Cruz and Buck Hensley are planning to start"Sharkeez", a second
hand store of sorts at 4937 Yellowstone Ave. The owner is Steve Vigliaturo.
Mr. Vigliaturo stated, everything will be sold within the structure on the property.
The following requirements were discussed at length:
1. 10' Landscaping with automatic sprinkling. Mr. Vigliaturo said the trees on the
property will be cleaned up.
2. On site storm drainage management - Discussion about using the right slope to take
care of on site storm drainage.
3. Required to meet all Building and Fire Code requirements - Jim Sempek stated he will
need; a) Existing floor plans b) Proposed floor plans as soon as possible.
Mr. Vigliaturo said he will get plans to Building Department.
4. Parking layout plans - Needs to be paved and meet all ADA accessability requirements.
Five parking spaces are required.
5. Drive to parking is required to be paved.
6. There is a wood burning stove in the structure. If the wood burning stove is not UL
Listed the stove will have to be removed.
7. There is metal storage shed behind the structure that is required to be removed.
8. If a sign is installed, the sign is required to go through Design Review Committee for
approval, prior to being installed.
The Committee was in agreement, all the above requirements must be satisfied prior to
occupancy.
