Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Sean Harris, Ray Griffin
Jerry Rowland, Eric King, Ron (2. (2onlin, Larry Kohntopp and Jim Phelps.
Charlie Frasure, 102 Laurel Lane presented a site plan for a new building to be built on Lot 12 on
Rainbow Road.
Staff reviewed the site plan and did not have a problem with it.
The Site Plan was approved subject to, the project meeting all building and fire codes. Mr.
Frasure will meet with Building Inspector Ray Griffin and Fire Chief Eric King.
