Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Councilman Roy Quick, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Steven
Smart, Ray Griffin, Jerry Rowland, Eric King, Ron C. Conlin, Sean Harris, Councilman
Kent Kearns and Pete Anderson.
Ken Pape and Snake River Engineering was present to discuss his site plan for Development of
Rose Street.
Mr. Pape stated he plans to purchase the land to the east of this project, therefore he wants to
stub utilities to the east now, so he will not be have to tear up the street in the future.
Mr. Pape was told a there is a 55' requirement on the cul-de-sac.
Water and Sewer will come from Stuart and Rose Street.
Discussion about park dedication fee requirement.
Mr. Pape said he expects the total project to be completed in approx. 2 lA years. The homes will
be in the $104,000. to $105,000. range.
Discussion about street names. Mr. Pape was told, Sunflower Street and Sunflower Ave. should
be either all Street or Ave. Mr. Pape said, he will change.
Discussion about storm drainage and the use of a swale.
It was the consensus of Design Review Committee the plan can go to Land Use and Development
Commission Meeting in May.
