An application by Mike Lance, 209 West Siphon Road, Chubbuck, ID 83202 for a Change of Land Use District to a Planned Unit Development together with the Preliminary Plat and Preliminary Development Plan. The property is lo- cated at 209 West Siphon Road, NW ?4 of Section 3 T6S, R34E, B.M., Chub - buck, ID 83202. A COPY OF EACH APPLICATION IS ON FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR YOUR REVIEW.
