NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEAIfING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use & Development Commission
of,the City of-Chubbuck, Idaho, will con-
duct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on
June 4, 2013, at Chubbuck City Council
Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to the fol-
lowing items:
1. An application by Josh Ellis, 527 Taylor
Avenue, Chubbuck, ID 83202, for a
Change in Land Use District from R-2,
Limited Residential, to R-4, Dense Resi-
dential. The subdivision is located in the
northeast quarter of the northeast guar -
ter of section 8, Township 6 South,
Range 34 East, Boise Meridian, Ban-
nock County, Idaho.
2. An application by Josh Ellis, 527 Taylor
Avenue, Chubbuck, ID 83202, for Gryf-
fin Hallow Subdivision Preliminary Plat
located in the northeast quarter of the
northeast quarter of section 8, Township
6 South, Range 34 East, Boise Meridi-
an, Bannock County, Idaho.
3. An application by Brittany Hill, 1600
Jade Drive, Pocatello, ID 83202 for a
Conditional Use Permit for a child care
center in an industrial zone located at
224 Evans Lane, Chubbuck, ID 83202.
4. Consider proposed ordinance amend-
ing 18.08.040A to permit childcare cen-
ters in industrial areas rather than condi-
tionally permitting them.

FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOUR REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO HEARINGS.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing items(s),
and at the time indicated will be. given an
opportunity to be heard in support of, or
in opposition to the proposal.
City Hall and the City Council Chambers
are accessible for persons with disabili-
ties. Any person needing special accom-
modations to participate in the meeting
should contact the City Planner, Paul
Andrus at 208.237.2434 at least 24
hours prior to the meeting.

years of age, and the Principal Clerk of the Idaho
State Journal, a daily newspaper, printed and
published at Pocatello, Bannock County Idaho and
having a general circulation therein.
