Rowland, Jim Phelps, Eric King, Merlin Miller and Ron Conlin.
Joyce A. Jilch, CLC Associates, Inc. was present to present a site plan for Home Depot.
Joyce Jilch presented a new site plan reflecting a plan, if access onto Price Development's private
road west to Hawthorne Road is not allowed. Joyce said the plan for the building stays the
same. Parking and a change in retail building change a little.
Discussion about landscaping. Landscaping against Hawthorne Road should be a good buffer and
sidewalks should be the boulevard strip design. CLC Representative though this would not
be a problem.
If Price Development okays the use of the private road, there will be sidewalks installed along the
private drive.
Sean Harris said the Feds-State do not allow dry wells, the storm drainage water will have to be
treated on site. It was decided to address the storm drainage at a later date.
It was decided there should be a conference call between Mendenhall, Price Development, Greg
Gurson, (CLC) and City Officials to address the access concerns.
Closing Date on the property is October 1, 2000. There is no target opening date as of yet.
Home Depot will pipe the canal so they can use the area.
CLC Representatives said they will have traffic information within two or three weeks.
CLC Representatives said they will, at a later date subdivide the property into to two parcels.
