Chubbuck Chiropractic, 224 E. Chubbuck Road
Residential building changed to office/clinic usage.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Attorney Tom Holmes, Steve Smart, Jerry Rowland, Ray Griffin,
Ron Conlin, Jim Phelps and Larry Kohntopp.
Dr. Jeremy Hale was present to present a site plan of his proposed Chiropractic Office, 224 E.
Chubbuck Rd. (west of Geraldine's Bakery).
Dr. Hale said he plans to install a fence to hide the garage on the property, which is not in good
shape at this time. In the future he wants to add more rooms to the back of the house and
get rid of the garage completely.
The proposed site plan was approved subject to;
1. Dr. Jeremy Hale was told the 10' landscaping with automatic sprinkling is required.
2. Parking requirement is 9' X 20' paving.
3. Dr. Hale said he would like to come to Design Review for a sign review the 9th of
August, 2000.
