NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use & Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will con-
duct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on Au-
gust 3, 2010, at Chubbuck City Council
Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to the fol-
lowing items:
1. Consider proposed ordinance amend-
ing city code Section 18.20.112 (F) re-
garding the procedure for approval of a
Planned Unit Development.
A COPY OF EACH ITEM IS ON FILE AT
THE CITY OFFICE FOR YOUR RE-
VIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO HEARINGS.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing items(s),
and at the time indicated will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support of, or
in opposition to the proposal.

citizen of the United States of America more
than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of
the Idaho State Journal, a daily newspaper,
printed and published at Pocatello, Bannock
County, Idaho and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of
which is attached, was published in the said
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following

uninterruptedly published in said County for
a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the
