Present: Attorney Tom Holmes, Steve Smart, Jerry Rowland, Ray Griffin, Eric King, Ron Conlin,
Jim Phelps and Larry Kohntopp.
Larry Kohntopp explained Mark Frasure's request to operate a golf cart repair business at 4964
Yellowstone Ave.
Staff was in favor of approving Mark Frasure's request, with the stipulation that if the business at
4964 Yellowstone Ave changes in any way they are required to go before the Design
Review Committee.
