General Contractors are invited to submit an
offer to the Owner; City Council Chamber,
City of Chubbuck P.O. Box 5604, Chub -
buck Idaho 83202. Bid Proposals must be
received before 2:00 p.m. local standard
time on February 17 2009 for the following
project:
WOMEN'S SOFTBALL COMPLEX REST -
ROOMS AT CAPELL PARK, CITY OF
CHUBBUCK
SCOPE OF WORK: The work of this project
can be summarized to include the construc-
tion of new 1324 square foot restroom
building for the City of Chubbuck in Capell
- Park. The work involves concrete, mason-
ry, wood framing, plumbing, and electrical
work as specified in the in the construction
documents.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at
the above hour and date at the City Offices.
A pre-bid conference will be held at the proj-
ect site. Contractors should meet at the
Chubbuck City Hall 5160 Yellowstone
Chubbuck, Idaho. It will be held at 2:00
p..m on February 10, 2009. A project tour
will follow with questions and answers.
Contractors are urged to attend.
General Contractors can obtain documents
from the Architect for a refundable deposit
of $100. Others may view the Bid Docu-
ments at the office of the Architect, City of
Chubbuck, and the following plan rooms:

Bid Security:
Your firm is required to provide a Bid Security
in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less
than five percent (5%) of the Base Price.
The Bid Bond shall be executed by a quali-
fied Surety Company, made payable to the
City of Chubbuck.
Your firm is required to provide a 100% Per-
formance Bond, and a 100% Payment
Bond.
Your offer is required to be submitted under
the condition of irrevocability for a period of
30 days after submission.
I any bidder has any objections or desires to
change any of the requirements of these
bidding documents, this must be made
known in writing and delivered to the office
of the Architect for consideration no later
than (7) calendar days prior to the bid
opening date.
Vomen and minority owner businesses are
encouraged to bid.
