NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Land
Use & Development Commission of the
City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will conduct a
public hearing at 7:00 PM on December
1, 2009, at Chubbuck City Council
Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to the fol-
lowing items:
I. An application by LDS Church /Terry
Bradshaw, 7770 Makayla Drive, Nampa,
Idaho, 83686, for a Preliminary Plat. The
property is located on Cole Road north of
Homestead Estate Subdivisions.
2. An application by Tony Giesbrecht, 808
W. Center, Pocatello, Idaho 83204, for a
Conditional Use Permit for a
reception/catering center. The property
is located at approximately 4170
Hawthorne Road.
A COPY OF EACH APPLICATION IS ON
FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR YOUR
REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR
TO HEARINGS.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing items(s), and
at the time indicated will be given an op-
portunity to be heard in support of, or in
opposition to the proposal.

citizen of the United States of America more
than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of
the Idaho State Journal, a daily newspaper,
printed and published at Pocatello, Bannock
County, Idaho and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of
which is attached, was published in the said
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following

That said paper has been continuously and
uninterruptedly published in said County for
a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the
publication of said notice of advertisement
