SCHOOL DISTRICT #25 - WHITAKER ROAD PROJECT - Mayor Cotant reported he had met with

School District #25 can provide a deed for ten acres at Cotant Park. Mayor

School District expected to be billed the approx. $7,000.00 for the hook-up fee.
Mayor Cotant and Engineer Smart suggested the city complete the entire project,
with the city being the contractor. The city would recoup all of the development
costs and the School District #25 would give to the city the deed to the 10 acres
at Cotant Park. The School District #25 would pay an approx. $7,000.00 hook-up fee.
The alternative is; the School District would take over the project and reimburse
the city the money that has been expended so far and they would become the
contractor.
