Minutes of the Public Sewer Bond Sale held in the City Municipal Building
August 20, 197~. ·
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Jr., Councilmen Dwain Kinghorn, Jack Menard
and Earl Romrisll. Attorney Don Burnett and Clerk Vera Armstrong.
Meeting called to order at ~.'00 p.m. by Mayor Cotant.
BID OPENING: Mayor Cotant read the only bid received, which was from
~.~ Departmento£ Housing and Urban Development for the entire issue of Sewer
Revenue Bends Series "October 1, 1972" at par plus accrued interest at
6~ per annum.
Peter Perry, Fiscal agent from Idaho First National Bank, Boise, Idaho
reviewed the interest market with the Mayor, Council and Attorney.
Councilman Kinghorn moved the council accept the bid from Department of
Housing and Urban Development for Series October~l, 1972 Sewer Revenue
Bonds at par (1,000,000.O0) plus accrued interest of six per cent.
Counci_lmanMenard seconded motion with an unanimous vote in favor of motion.
