Minutes of a Special Meeting held at the Chubbuck Public Works Office, January 6"', 2004.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Council members Leroy S. Quick, Steven M. England, Marvin
C. Gunter, Kent Kearns and City Clerk Ron C. Conlin. Attorney Thomas J. Holmes and
Public Works Director Steven M. Smart were excused.
Meeting was called to order at 5:02 p.m. by Mayor Cotant.
PURPOSE OF SPECIAL MEETING is to go into executive session meeting as authorized by
Idaho Code 67 -2345 (b) to discuss Police Department personnel issues.
EXECUTIVE SESSION MEETING - At 5:02 p.m, Councilman Quick moved to go into
executive session meeting as authorized by Idaho Code 67 -2345 (b) to discuss Police
Department personnel issues, Councilman England seconded. Roll Call Vote: Quick, yes;
England, yes; Gunter, yes; Kearns, yes. 100% of Council voted in favor of motion. 0-4
Police Department personnel discussion.
No final action or decision was made.
At 6:02 p.m, Councilman Gunter moved to adjourn from executive session to regular meeting,
Councilman Quick seconded. All council members voted in favor of motion.
At 6:02 p.m, Councilman England moved, Councilman Gunter seconded, with frill council
approval to adjourn meeting.

CITY OF CHUBBUCK
Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50 -604, the undersigned Mayor of the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho, hereby calls a special meeting of the City Council to be held in the Mayor's Office, 5160
Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho at the hour of 5:00 p.m, on Tuesday the 6th day of January, 2004.
The purpose of the special meeting is to go int4exe tive session meeting as authorized by Idaho
Code 67 -2345 (b) regarding personnel issues. Date: n O. Cotant, Mayor

Pursuant to the call set forth above, notice is hereby given of a special meeting of the
Chubbuck City Council at the time and place, and for the object, recited in the call.
