Minutes of a special meeting of the mayor and council held in the city municipal
building, September 25~ 1979.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Jr., Councilmen Dwain A. Kinghorn, LeRoy S.
Quick, Earl L. Romriell, City Clerk Vera C. Armstrong, Attorney Donald
L. Burnett, Jr. Councilman Boyd L. Fullmer excused.
Meeting called to order at 4:04 p.m. by Mayor Cotant.
The object of the special meeting is to elect an alternate member to
serve on the Police Board of Appeals for the hearing set at 4:00 p.m.,
September 25~ 1979.
Councilman Kinghorn moved to elect Councilman LeRoy S. Quick to serve as
the alternate member of the Police Board of Appeals for hearing set for
this day, September 25, 1979 at 4:00 p.m. Councilman Romriell seconded
motion. Roll call vote: Kinghorn, yes; Romriell, yes. Councilman Quick
abstained from voting. Motion passes.
Councilman Romriell moved,

CALL OF SPECIAL NEETING
CHUBBUCK CITY COUNCIL
Pursuant to Idaho .Code Section 50-706, the
undersigned Mayor and members of the City Council of the City
of Chubbuck, Idaho, hereby csll a special meeting of' the City
Couucil to be held at the Chubbuck City Offices, 5160 Yellow~tone
Avenue at the hour of 4:00 p.m., on this date, the 25th day of
September, 1979.
