CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Minutes of a special meeting held in the city municipal building
September 7, 1979.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Jr., Councilmen Boyd L. Fullmer, Dwain
A. Kinghorn, Earl L. Romriell, City Clerk Vera C. Armstrong. Councilman
LeRoy S. Quick excused.
Meeting called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Mayor Cotant.
The purpose of the call of the special meeting is to adopt a resolution
amending Resolution # 12-79, and the budget incorporated, budget to be
amended to adjust the revenues anticipated from sale of municipal real
properties from $500,000.00 to $480,678.16; and that the revenues be
further adjusted to include the sum of $19,321.84 as tax revenues
certified but uncollected in 1978.
RESOLUTION #13-79 was read in full by Mayor Cotant.
Councilman Kinghorn moved to adopt Resolution #13-79. Councilman
Fullmer seconded motion. Roll call vote: Fullmer, yes; Kinghorn,
yes; Romriell, yes.
Meeting adjourned at 5:20 p.m.

CALL OF SPECIAL MEETING
CHUBBUCK CITY COUNCIL
Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50-604 and 50-706, the
undersigned Mayor and members of the City Council of the City
of Chubbuck, Idaho, hereby call a special meeting of the City
Council to be held at the Chubbuck City Offices, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue at the hour of 4:30 p.m., on this date, the 7th day of
September, 1979.
The object of the special meeting shall be to consider amending
Resolution 12-79.
